      Practice with       Three Rings

heave them up  to the    roof  ( 1 - 2 - 3 ) one after the other

 

AND  GO!!

 Ring 1 to the Point,

Ring 2 to the Ceiling,   Ring   upback    and feel it, lips open, teeth apart,

 count to ten,             10 times in a row   three times a day
