Here you see your Tongue being your trainee and exercising her muscles        

(this time outside her training arena, which only happens for you  and only on this web page

Very important that she doesn't lie limp on the mat on the floor, but also that she does not press against the walls in front or against the ceiling  or to the sides and bend them

And, before we start the training: We make you the trainer of your tongue and she has to pass competitions for both of you. It is like in the picture on page 16 or in the "Game of dice" at the end of this Website. Look at the picture aboved. That is supposed to have been taken by you while coaching your tongue.
