Competition rules

Field 1        S  T  A  R  T

Field 2: - is the tongue's favourite place. High up she sits, makes her hump and can see everything;  Do that immediately with your tongue! . The Tongue Fighter is allowed to move three steps foward

Field 3:  In the high jump, the tongue has a wrong posture; she still has a lot of practice to do and therefore has to make a new run-up.                         This means three steps back

Field 4: Compete in the hurdle race. To start from here you have to roll a three. (But only if it's the tongjuefighter's turn next.) .

Field 5: The tongue lies  literally on the floor and of course gets between the teeth of the obstacle; She can only be raised to go on when the competitor has rolled a three, and when having said : ” Don't drop dizzy dice!“ However, you don’t need to wait a round; You may roll the dice until the three comes. But you must always first say :” Watch fudge munching witch And: ”Turn training tongue ten times”, andlearn loving long leap”

Field 6: Now the tongue is weak again and powerless on the ground . It must rise dynamically: Two steps back! And next time roll the dice with a strong hump of the tongue towards the ceiling in your mouth.

Field 7: Whoever comes to this field must, just as the referee with the megaphone, announce the results of the hurdle jump - in reality, you have to say here: “Turn trophy ten times. Don’t drop dancing dice”, and then you may take three steps forward.

Field 8: Tug-of-war. If you use a string, a rope, a thread, a ribbon with a training button fixt to it, like the two in the exercise "tug-of-war" on table 6. Show the other competitors how to do it. If you are doing it for yourself, pull against the end of the cord with your own hand. With the same number of steps that brought you here you may now proceed.

Field 9: The TV-Interview is stopped because the speech of the tongue fighter is too slurred and the director demands that the recording be repeated: “Do talk totally tidy to TV during dispute”.

Field 10:  Whoever has reached this field announces the long jump loudly “The grouchy coach switches the pouch! ”,and is allowed to advance six more steps.

Field 11: The competitor must practice the long jump beforehand. The tongue had a bad position and had to take another run-up with tip on point: Three steps back.

Field 12: The fighter gets massages. Do 10 lip massages now! This makes him top shape and he is therefore allowed to roll the dice again.

Field 13: The Refreshment. Get one and drink it in the correct way with tongue on point four sips! Strengthened this way, the competitor is allowed to advance three fields.

Field 14: The Master Tongue sags (amazing!) The athlete watches how the others practice:               Back to field 12 for massaging.

Field 15: Where is your tongue just now? In which position? On its Favourite Place? If so, the competitor is allowed to take 9 steps . But, if not means practice “Lock-away-the-Ring” for the next 2 rounds of dice .

Field 16: Three-Ring-Exercise -  If you have those little rubber rings, do the exercise, if not, take something similar (slice of sultana, edible gummy frog) or do instead practice the 1-2-3-Exercise five times,  thereafter 3 steps forward.

Field 17: Whoever has reached this field will announce the intermediate results of the competition via megaphone, which means: Say loud and clear the pun on G and K: “Who creates clever  conditions can get great games” and then proceed 6 steps

Field 18: ‘Muscle-Strength-count-to-ten’, demonstrate this exercise to the participants; but, of course in the way we have learnt it : Back teeth together, Fingertip below the earlobe to feel the muscle, then a bit of pressure on the teeth: plop" - there's the lump under the earlobe count to ten, then release. This goes only with this exercise, otherwise it is forbidden. ( See: http://myonet.de/BUCH/buch-word/ueb-word-www/www.ueb/wwwueb118-masseterueb.htm )

Field 19: ‘The tongue as the competitor looks for her favourite place because she can’t find it. Therefore back in the tongue contest to field 15 ; during the next two rounds: “Hide-the-Ring”, and don’t talk.

Field 20: ‘The competitor crosses the finish line and is allowed on the podium, As a reward, he immediately gets a salted pretzel or a pretzel stick or a piece of dumpling and swallows it in the correct way.

(Don’t forget the reward(s) )

Victory celebration:

How was the tongue? Did it come first? Well then, let's keep practising. Especially always the "L-M". Tongue up, tip to the point, lips slightly closed, and the teeth don't touch.
