As you have become a high performance athlet
you constantly have to stick to your training plan .
"Rope-Pulling" and "Wight Lifting" are exercises and competitions with the GARLINER-Equipment the rope and the button; if you can't get these you alternatively need a soft, flexible braided thread about 2mm in diameter and buttons of 2cm diameter serving as wights threaded onto a similar thread for Weight-Lifting or, for the Tug o'War , one on either side held behind the lips, in the space between lips and theeth to pull against each other like on the picture.
