Application:

This measure in particular serves the Communication. . After its issuing the certificate should be hung up at home in a clearly visible place to serve as a MEMO for the phase of post-treatment.

Contents:

A mostly prefabricated ‘Diploma’ (see Illustrtation) has been presented in the initial phase. It is announced to be handed over during a certain session when the training has been passed successfully.

Materials:

A document designed in a manner as appealing and decorative as possible with the patient’s name to be inserted.

Procedure:

After the first session has been finished  and the training goals scheduled the certificate is presented to the Patient.

It is agreed to fill in the patients name after having reached a certain training goal and then to hand it over.

Discussion:

Under the link of the illustration an example for a type of certificate is rendered and may be saved as a date on a PC and used as a blank form .
