Outer cheekbone plain
Insertio: 

                 Zygomaticus maior, Superficial fibres into anguli oris skin,

 deep fibres into upper-,  less in lower lip

                 Zygomaticus minor, skin of nasiolabial fold

Path: from cheekbone slantwise down- median to labial angle

Action : Sideward lifting of the labial angle results in Lid crease and  crow's feet , Synergist  Risorius = risible muscle

Specialities: Hypofunction = hanging corners, Rhagades

Site:/location: Superficial in upper, front cheek region

Fixation:
Origo: Masseter sheath

Insertio: Mouth corner, ski  and mucosa of the lower lip

Path: Fan-shaped, curved from the back cheek border to the mouth corner

Action: completing facial expression and anchor function of the M. buccinator (5) especially by curved agglomeration  in Buccinator-insertion free region. Mouth corners laterally, Slit enlarger.
